To guarantee a seat in one of the Certificate Programs, candidates must submit a non-
refundable $25 registration fee and a non-refundable $500 tuition deposit at the time of
registration. All tuition and fees for the program must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to
the start of class unless previous arrangements have been made to utilize one of the following
payment options:
Deferred Payment Plan
Students may pay their tuition in installments by signing up for the Deferred Payment Plan.
To enroll in the program, students must submit the non-refundable registration fee and tuition
deposit, along with a signed and dated Deferred Payment Contract and Credit Card Authorization Form.
The remaining balance will be charged to the student's credit card in monthly installments. If a
student would prefer to pay by check or money order, he/she must submit the payment to the Program
Office prior to the payment due date.
Employer Reimbursement/Employer Payment
Employer Payment
If a student's employer is willing to pay tuition prior to course completion, the student
need only submit the non-refundable registration fee, along with documentation signed by an authorized agent
of their organization, guaranteeing their company's commitment to pay the entire tuition balance prior to the
program completion date.
Employer Reimbursement
If a student's employer provides tuition reimbursement after completion of the program, the
student may use one of the payment options outlined in this document. Students may request a
completion certificate and record of their payment at the end of each module, to facilitate their
reimbursement.
Student Loan Programs
Students applying for a student loan must submit the non-refundable Registration Fee along with
their loan application two weeks prior to the class start date. The following loan company

The State of Illinois offers a limited number of training grants through the federal Workforce
Investment Act. These grants are distributed throught the Illinois Employment and Training Centers,
