Certificate Program
Course Description and Prerequisites:
Database Financials is a hands on course that focuses on the creation, maintenance, and analysis of large financial databases. Concepts such as data modeling, probability, linear regression and statistical data analysis are covered in depth. In addition, this course will use large simulated equities, insurance, and banking database systems. The student is expected to have a working understanding of relational database concepts as well as SQL. At least 25% of class time will be spent on labs.
